George W. Bush: Faith in
the White House
August 16, 2004
Thank heavens.what goes around, usually comes around.
The anti-Bush propaganda film called Fahrenheit 9/11
has AT LAST been countered. Grizzly Adams Productions,
Inc. has announced the release of a REAL investigative
documentary called George W. Bush: Faith in the White
House.
Although we never actually saw Fahrenheit 9/11, we
spent far more time than the film deserved researching
it.and we've done our home-work with this new one,
George W. Bush: Faith in the White House, as well.
And with this new one we didn't feel as though our
eyes and ears needed to be washed out afterwards.
According to both critics and supporters, the Bush
documentary reveals the President's extraordinary
faith and prayer life.even before his election to
the presidency. The main-stream news media, of course,
has never reported this.but according to David Balsiger,
the documentary's producer.the Bush Administration
is confirmed as the most faith-based presidency since
Abraham Lincoln. In the documentary George W. Bush:
Faith in the White House we find a perspective that
obviously..and predictably..was not portrayed in Fahrenheit
9/11. And it's about time someone set the record straight..
We should point out that so far as we can determine,
the film was produced independently of any contact
with the White House, the Bush Administration, or
influence from the Bush-Cheney Election Campaign.
Instead.it's based on independent research and best-selling
books.
When Fahrenheit 9/11 hit the sometimes murky silver
screen.a lot was said, mostly written, about "freedom
of expression" and the public's right to see the film
and to make up its OWN mind.about 9/11, the President,
and the conduct of the Bush Administration in general.
OUR question now is.will the freedom of expression-loving
folks who made, promoted and showed Fahrenheit 9/11
be as protective of the rights of the Bush faith film?
The GOOD news is the Bush film is made for television,
so more folks will have the opportunity to see the
TRUTH. After all, the Bush film is about a lot more
than left-wing propaganda and lining the pockets of
a sleazy film maker. It obviously will NOT have an
"R" rating.like Fahrenheit 9/11.and will be good,
clean family educational viewing. Since the makers
and showers of Fahrenheit 9/11 so cherish the public's
right to know, freedom of expression, and the quest
for truth.maybe they'll tune in when the Bush faith
film appears on television. But we doubt they will.you
don't find many open minds on their side of the aisle.
Thanks to David Aikman's book..A Man of Faith: The
Spiritual Journey of George W. Bush, and to Hendersonville's
Rev. Dean Turbeville, we knew already of the rock-solid
faith of the president. Now, and in spite of Michael
Moore, Fahrenheit 9/11, and the artsy left.with the
Bush faith documentary, the truth is out there. Search
it out, see it if you can.
