Beau Lovelace

Beau Lovelace was born and raised in Cleveland County.  His first radio job was WKRW in Cartersville, GA.  From there Beau worked at WBBO in Forest City as the Mid-Morning to Mid-Afternoon personality. 

In 1973 Beau began working as a telecommunicator for Cleveland County.  In 1986 Beau became Fire Marshall and Assistant Emergency Management Director for Cleveland becoming Director in 1988.  In 2001 Beau became Fire Chief of Hendersonville serving until retirement in 2010. 

Beau is excited about working at WHKP and looks to a long relationship with the oldest and best station in the area.  Beau is married to Donna Wease Lovelace and they have two children:  Olivia is a graduate of Western Carolina and a Money Manager with Carolina FIrst Bank.  Luke is an Asheville Police officer who is married to Krysta (former Miss Hendersonville).
