FLETCHER, N.C. (WLOS) — The N.C. Mountain State Fair welcomed more than 153,000 attendees in 2026, down from 2025 attendance numbers.
The N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services released data on the fair, reporting 153,260 attendees over the 10 days. That’s down from 161,069 attendees in 2025, which was the most attended N.C. Mountain State Fair in six years,
