On September 13th, 2023, Detectives with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit began an investigation into reports of incest between a father and his biological daughter.
During the investigation items were collected and after a search warrant was executed, photos and videos containing evidence of incest along with other child sexual abuse material were found. As a result of the extensive investigation, detectives with the Major Crimes Unit have made the following arrest.
